Your Health, Our Priority—With or Without Coverage

Monarch Mental Health is currently in-network with most commercial plans from BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Prior to your appointment, we recommend checking with your insurance carrier to verify your insurance coverage and network participation. 

If we are not in network with your insurance, payment will be due at the time of service. We can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt of services) for you to submit to your insurance. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly for any out-of-network coverage you may have.

If you choose to be seen as a self-pay patient, we can provide additional information.

We do not accept any form of Medicaid or Medicare, including but not limited to Sunflower, Aetna Better Health, or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
