Jaclyn Legg, DO

Jaclyn Legg, DO

Dr. Jaclyn Legg, DO is Board-Certified in both Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She earned her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine, where she also completed a Master of Arts in Bioethics. Dr. Legg went on to complete both her General Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Legg provides mental health care through a personalized and integrative lens, addressing each patient’s needs with empathy and clinical insight. She finds deep purpose in guiding individuals through the critical stages of development—beginning in childhood and continuing into adulthood. Dr. Legg values the opportunity to build therapeutic partnerships that promote healing, growth, and resilience.

A Leawood, Kansas native, Dr. Legg is proud to serve the community where she was born and raised. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Legg enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and pets, and stays active through outdoor sports such as snow skiing, water skiing, and travel.

Erin Crow, PMHNP

Erin Crow, PMHNP

Erin Crow, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides patient-centered, evidence-based care. She approaches treatment with mindfulness and compassion, creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment that supports trust and therapeutic engagement. She emphasizes a collaborative provider-patient partnership, where meaningful growth and positive change can occur.  

Erin is trained in Motivational Interviewing and maintains a preventative, holistic perspective on mental health care. Her clinical interests include the integration of lifestyle, behavioral, and pharmacologic strategies to promote sustainable wellness.

Erin holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College and completed her clinical training at University Health – Truman Medical Center. Raised in Springfield, Missouri, Erin studied Anthropology at Missouri State University before pursuing a career in nursing. Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her interests include exploring nature, playing video games, supporting youth soccer, and discovering local restaurants.

Marsha Faubion, PMHNP

Marsha Faubion, PMHNP

Marsha Faubion, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with dual certification and extensive experience caring for both children and adults.

Marsha earned her Master’s in Nursing from Pittsburg State University, followed by a Post-Graduate Specialty in Psychiatric-Mental Health at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Throughout her career, she has worked across Missouri and Kansas, bringing thoughtful, comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.

Marsha’s thoughtful, well-rounded mental health care honors the unique experiences and goals of each patient. She empowers her patients by combining evidence-based treatments—including medication and therapeutic strategies—with education and encouragement to support long-term well-being and healthy self-care practices.

Originally from Southeast Kansas, Marsha enjoys quality time with family and friends. Outside of her practice, she finds joy and balance in gardening, her favorite way to unwind and reconnect.
